Requirements and Qualifications
In order to be considered for this position, the following qualifications and requirements must be met:
- Valid RN License: You must hold an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
- Minimum Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical surgical/telemetry nursing is required.
- Advanced Certifications: Certification as a Medical Surgical/Telemetry Nurse (CMSRN) is highly preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential to collaborate with the healthcare team and provide patient education.
- Attention to Detail: You should be detail-oriented in assessing patients' conditions, administering medications, and documenting patient information accurately.
